phblaze reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete.
All transactions on the phblaze platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following payment methods are currently supported: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as stated in the phblaze cashier at the time of the transaction. phblaze reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.
Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete phblaze's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card). phblaze may request additional documentation at its discretion.
phblaze will process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. phblaze is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
phblaze reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review.
phblaze may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is made.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
phblaze reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
All games available on the phblaze platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay matters.
phblaze uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phblaze reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. phblaze will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Bets placed and accepted by the phblaze system are final. phblaze reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that phblaze reasonably believes constitute abuse of the platform.

All content on the phblaze platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of phblaze or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phblaze platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the phblaze platform without the prior written consent of phblaze.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phblaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
phblaze's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phblaze account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phblaze does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phblaze will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phblaze reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. phblaze operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming legislation.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall limit phblaze's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
